The Vanak-Saib Tabrizi project was completed in 2021. This project was constructed with eleven residential single-unit floors with a built-up area of 290 m2 for each unit. Each unit totally has four rooms, of which two are master rooms. Each unit has three individual parking lots and suites.

Common portions include a pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, auditorium, central boiler room, and roof garden.
